What this means is that the VGA lead is giving a “COMPONENT” output, Component means RGB (R=Red Video) (G=Green Video) and (B=Blue Video) these channels are seen by devices such as Projectors and TV Screens that have RGB connection.
You may be looking for a totally different video lead to connect a Karaoke Machine or Gaming Device and you may need a “COMPOSITE” Video which is normally denoted with a Yellow Phono Plug and in some case it also may carry Audio signal via the VGA to a RED and WHITE Phono lead.
